Created for EDM, Vocal Midtempo features era appropriate vocal loops. This toolkit should assist you with creating your next big hit.

Some of it is a little too “modern” for my tastes, but I am hearing some excellent hooks in here also.

Vocal Bliss by TONE KITCHIN
The Vocal Bliss collection would be at home in hip-hop productions, but it shows potential enough to be useful in subgenres, like chillhop, lo-fi hip-hop, future beats, trap, ambient, downtempo, and possibly other major genres as well.
The 100% royalty free kit is comprised of 221 MB of content at 24-bit / 44.1 kHz. A total of 98 files forms the collection.
Most of it is very chill, very laid back in style. Of course, it depends somewhat on the beats you set behind the vocal parts.

With a name like Poetic Vocals, you might be expecting poetry night at the local café. But that’s not quite what we’re looking at here.
This library was created for pop and trip-hop styles, though it would be at home in downtempo and singer-songwriter projects as well.
So, as for the “poetic” aspect of things, you will find the lyrics to these loops very poetic indeed. And that’s by design!
This female vocal pack is simply huge at 2.43 GB. You get five full songs, which are fun demos you can listen to for creative inspiration.
Aim Audio wanted to give you more, so they threw in vocal scratch loops. These are especially cool when used sparingly for punctuation.
Altogether, you get 1,165 files to work with. If you think your projects could benefit from a poetic slant, then this collection should float your boat.

Vocal Moods by Aim Audio
Aim Audio’s Vocal Moods is a female vocal sample pack with 1 GB of trip hop content.
This library was created to be emotionally evocative, heartwarming, moody, and beautiful.
From effected vocals and auto-tune to scratched vocals and vocoder, this pack fills all the gaps with variety.
Besides trip hop, you could easily shoehorn these files into hip-hop, EDM, jungle, dub, and others.
The 24-bit / 44.1 kHz are mostly at slower tempos. There are 610 files to do with as you please.
These mostly fall under the category of “soft R” vocals, which I don’t even pretend to be a fan of, but there’s no denying they fit in with today’s musical landscape.

Anatolian Vocals by EarthTone
Just as it sounds, the central theme of Anatolian Vocals is male vocal loops stemming from Anatolian cultures. As result, they have an exotic, otherworldly sound to them.
In developing this pack, EarthTone was sure to employ a Turkish vocalist to deliver on an authentic and versatile sound.
There’s little denying that Anatolian Vocals would be a great collection to have at the ready for scoring TV shows, films, video games, and more. But it’s well worth trying in a variety of genres, be it ambient, experimental, meditation, hip-hop, or folk.

Mantra Vocals by Hachion Sound
Recorded with a real Japanese abbot, Mantra Vocals features the traditional mantras, stemming from Buddhist scriptures, as well as “Goeika,” Japanese Buddhist poems.
The developer assures us that the mantras are all positive. I happen to speak Japanese, and I can assure you that this is the case.
To state the obvious, Mantra Vocals would work perfectly for scoring and cinematic purposes, but any music you want to fill with vibrant spiritual energy would be good candidates for these loops. Meditation music, for example.
Besides the mantras, this pack also comes with one-shots, trumpet shell phrases, FX, and even reverse shots.

Vocal Shape is a melodic techno collection inspired by the likes of Anjunadeep, Innervisions, and Afterlife. To that extent, they do have a very ethereal quality to them.
If you don’t typically work in this genre, or aren’t used to creating mellowed out techno, then this pack should challenge you creatively in very interesting ways.
Digital and analog instruments were used liberally in creating this collection, along with drool-worthy microphone and processing gear.

The electro house infused Nightclub Vocals pack comes with hooky vocal loops that recall Tones and I and related artists (at least to me).
The 100% royalty free collection comes with 1.12 GB of content tailor made for nightclub and dance genres of all kinds.
This fun, energetic library comes with a total of 369 files. There’s some interesting stuff in here besides the vocal loops, though, including five demo songs, five lyric files, instrument stems, and more.

Here’s another entry that probably doesn’t require much of an explanation. Vocal Africa brings various cultural expressions often found on Afrobeat tracks.
The lyrical content is mostly made up of themes like celebration, inspiration, and motivation (it’s quite infectious). That being the case, these loops fit in nicely with electronic dance genres (as you’ll be able to hear in some of the audio teasers).

For all your modern tech house needs, there’s Delectable Records’ TechHouse Vocals.
This collection features spoken, and rapped style vocals suited to the genre, presented in dry and wet variations.
While this pack may not satisfy your need for juicy, luscious, melodic hooks, it should give you plenty of background material. Of course, a vocal melody isn’t necessary required in the genre!

What do you do when you need atmospheric vocals for your next future bass track? You turn to a sample pack like Chillwave Vocals, of course!
Vital Vocals took extra care in recording this pack, using the best mics and hardware available to make them smooth, dreamy, and beautiful.
The vocalist they used for this collection has even appeared on several other sample packs. While her style is not something I’m into, I can certainly see her appeal.
This is a small but welcome entry at 155 MB, and there is plenty to play with – lead vocals, backing vocals, and chorus vocals.

RnB Vocals by Image Sounds
It’s always nice when the developer spells out the product in its title. There’s no mystery what RnB Vocals is.
Perfect for pop and RnB alike, these samples remind me of Bruno Mars and Jason Derulo. The developer says they’re reminiscent of The Weekend though.
The melodies and lyrics alike are all very modern (but not future modern) and they are spread across an array of tempos to complement projects at different BPMs.
The pre-processed, mix ready male vocal samples all come with key and tempo information to help you find exactly what you’re looking for when you need it.
